This piece of concept art is a reimagining of the classic novel Les Miserable by Victor Hugo. This concept focuses on one of the characters, young street urchin Gavroche, and draws inspiration from a setting piece that rarely make it into adaptions, the elephant statue of Bastille.

With these as my focus, I developed a steampunk reimagining of 1830’s Paris in a piece of full concept art in addition to a piece of character concept art.
